Rhett Connolly
Rhett began his full time career with CKFD in May of 2014 as a Lieutenant/Paramedic. Shortly after he tested for Captain, he was promoted.
Rhett started his fire career in August of 1996 with Tonto Basin Fire Department as an EMT/Firefighter. In August of 1998, Rhett was hired by Payson Fire Department full time. While working his way through the ranks, Rhett obtained his Paramedic certification. He was a Captain/Paramedic for PFD for several years prior to coming to CKFD.

Steve McKinnon
Steve was hired full time with CKFD in March of 2018 as an Engineer/EMT.
Steve came to CKFD in August of 2014 as a volunteer and obtained his Wild Land certifications shortly after that. In May of 2016, Steve gained his fire 1 &2 certification, followed by his EMT certification in that same year. Steve has also worked with the Tonto Basin Fire District for 3 years as a reserve Firefighter/EMT.
Captain/CEP/Engine Boss, Sterling White
Sterling White is a 13 year veteran to the fire service industry. He was born and raised in Payson, AZ and completed his first 13 years of service as a Captain, Paramedic and Wildland Engine Boss for Globe Fire Department. Sterling brings a variety of assets to Christopher Kohls Fire District including being a Certified Paramedic, Wildland Engine Boss, ACLS/PALS/CPR/AED Instructor, State Certified EMT and Fire Instructor and his passion and love for helping those in the community. He is very passionate about his job and helping others and looks forward to serving the community in the Christopher Kohls Fire District.
